Frequently Asked Questions
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on scope, scale, and duration. I offer both project-based pricing and ongoing retainers, which we can discuss after an initial discovery call.
What types of events can you manage?
Webinars and virtual events
Community events and meetups
Conferences and trade show booths
Side events and activations
Networking events and dinners
Panel discussions and talks
Client events and brand experiences
Roadshows and partnership events
Workshops and training sessions
Summits, launches, and experiential activations
How do you measure success?
Success is always tied to your wider strategy and goals. For community and events, I typically look at a range of metrics, including: attendance, engagement rates, audience feedback, retention impact, product engagement, lifetime value, renewals, upsells, lead generation, pipeline contribution and partnership outcomes - depending on what success means for your business.
How far in advance should I book?
It really depends on the scope of the project. Smaller events can sometimes be turned around in 4–5 weeks, while larger-scale or more complex events typically require significantly more time. Because availability varies, I recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can plan properly and secure your dates.
How do you work with clients?
We'd start with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and what you’re trying to achieve. From there, I build out strategy, planning, and key deliverables before moving into execution.
Depending on your needs, I can support in different ways - from full end-to-end event delivery, to strategy development, or helping your internal team with brainstorming and execution support. My approach is flexible and tailored to each project.
Do you work with existing communities?
Absolutely. I often help established brands audit and revitalise their existing communities. We can work together to identify friction points and implement new strategies that increase engagement, retention, and overall member satisfaction.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. I’m based in Manchester, UK and primarily work remotely, but I’m also available for in-person work when needed. I’m happy to travel depending on the project and with sufficient notice.
Do you offer one-off projects or ongoing support?
I offer flexible support depending on your needs - this can be one-off help, ad-hoc hourly support, or a longer-term partnership. Some clients bring me in for a few hours to support specific challenges, while others work with me on an ongoing basis.
